1 lb Sausage 9 Eggs
3 Cups Milk
3 Pieces of Bread
1 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 Cups Grated Cheese
Crock Pot Roast with Gravy
1 Can Cream of Mushroom (or Homeade)
1 Packet Lipton Beefy Onion Soup Mix
2 Spoonfuls of Beef Base
Any cut roast you prefer
Brown roast on all sides in skillet. Mix cream of mushroom, soup mix and beef base in crock pot. Coat all sides of browned roast with gravy mix and cook on low for 6-8 hours, depending on size of roast.
*This will work for any of the cuts of roast*
If you'd like more gravy or have a larger roast, double gravy mix.
1lb Minute/Chip Steak
Jar/Container of white queso
Sliced onions and peppers
Oil of your choice
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Cut minute steak into strips. Add minute steak, onions, peppers, salt, pepper and garlic powder to hot oil and saute (will cook quickly!). Once onions, peppers and steak are cooked to the temperature of your liking, turn burner off and add cheese and cover until warm and gooey. Add to a sub roll, salad, or just eat as is!
Brown the sausage, then drain. Cube bread. Mix eggs, milk and mustard. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese pour mixture into 13x9" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr, uncovered.
